The Journal of Language Acquisition and Teacher Education (LATE) seeks to advance understanding of how languages are learned and how language teachers are prepared to support that process. The journal is published by Researcher Publishers and provides a platform for sharing research that explores language acquisition, language teacher education, and professional development across educational levels and cultural settings. It welcomes contributions that address theories of language learning, teacher identity, instructional strategies, and the relationship between language research and classroom practice. The journal encourages both quantitative and qualitative research, as well as critical reviews and conceptual discussions that deepen understanding of language acquisition and language teacher preparation. The journal strives to bridge the gap between research and practice and to contribute to the development of reflective, informed, and effective language educators worldwide.
