Call for Papers: Inaugural Issue of the Journal of Leadership and Quality in Education (LEQA)

It is our great honor to announce the launch of the Inaugural Issue of the Journal of Leadership and Quality in Education (LEQA), an international, peer-reviewed, and open-access journal, dedicated to understanding of how leadership, quality frameworks, and governance mechanisms are enacted to enhance educational effectiveness and system performance. LEQA publishes high-quality theoretical, empirical, conceptual, and practice-informed research that examines the dynamic interplay between leadership and educational quality across K–12 and higher education contexts. LEQA prioritizes work that integrates strong theoretical grounding with practice-informed inquiry to illuminate how leadership drives educational quality, fosters institutional improvement, and generates system-level impact, while maintaining rigorous methodological standards. LEQA positions leadership as a strategic driver of educational quality, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable change within diverse educational systems worldwide.

LEQA welcomes empirical research and systematic reviews on topics such as:

  • Leadership theory and practice
  • Educational quality and quality systems
  • Governance, policy, and system reform
  • Organizational effectiveness and educational improvement
  • Equity, inclusion, and educational impact
  • Interdisciplinary and methodological approaches

LEQA is fully open access and does not charge any article processing fee. All accepted articles will be freely available online to readers worldwide. ISSN and DOI numbers will be assigned to all articles upon publication.

Manuscripts should be prepared according to the author guidelines of LEQA and submitted through the online submission system available on the LEQLA website.
