Copyright Policy

Authors publishing with Researcher Publishers retain full copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. This approach ensures that authors maintain ownership and control over their intellectual property, while the published content remains freely accessible for educational and scholarly use under our open access policy.

All works are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows anyone to read, download, copy, and share the published work for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the source. However, the work may not be modified, adapted, or used for commercial purposes in any form.

By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the journal the right of first publication, which means the article cannot be published elsewhere in the same or substantially similar form before or after its appearance in the journal. Authors may share the published version of their article on personal websites, institutional repositories, or other non-commercial platforms, provided that they give appropriate citation and a link to the official publication in the journal. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work does not infringe on the rights of others and that all permissions for copyrighted materials used in the manuscript have been obtained prior to publication.

Because the journal holds the right of first publication, authors may not republish the same work or substantially similar versions of it in another journal or edited volume without explicit written permission from the editor. Republishing in any form that alters the content or uses it for commercial purposes is not permitted under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.

Readers are free to download, read, and share published materials for non-commercial educational and scholarly use. They must provide clear attribution to the author(s) and the journal, including a link to the original publication. Alteration, adaptation, or commercial reuse of the content is strictly prohibited.

This copyright policy reflects Researcher Publishers’ commitment to both author ownership and open access dissemination, ensuring that scholarly works remain freely available while protecting the intellectual contributions of their creators.
