1.2 Authors publishing with Researcher Publishers retain full copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

1.3 Under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0:

  • Users may download, read, copy, and share the published content for non-commercial, educational, or scholarly use, provided they give appropriate attribution to the author(s) and the journal.
  • The content must not be modified, adapted, or used for commercial purposes.
  • Content cannot be republished in other journals or commercial venues without explicit permission, and authors may not submit substantially the same version to another journal.

1.4 All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Researcher Publishers and the authors.

2. Permitted Use of Website

2.1 You may:

4. Submission of Content and Author Warranties

4.1 When submitting manuscripts, reviews, or other materials (“Your Content”), you represent and warrant that:

  • The work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and will not be submitted simultaneously to another publisher.
  • You hold all necessary rights and permissions for included materials (figures, tables, music, data, etc.).
  • The work does not infringe on third-party rights, contain libellous or unlawful content, or violate confidentiality obligations.
  • You will disclose any conflicts of interest or funding sources.
  • You comply with the policy of the journal, disallowing AI-generated content. All content must be your own.

4.2 By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and distribute it under the terms of the publication agreement and this license.

4.3 If your content violates these Terms or our policies (e.g. plagiarism, falsification, unauthorized reuse, undisclosed AI use), we may remove, reject, or retract it, and you may be barred from future submissions.

5. Disclaimers and Warranties

5.1 We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the website or its content.

5.2 Content is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for errors, omissions, or interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

6.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
