Publication Fees

LTLT is an open-access journal. All published articles are freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication.  LTLT currently does not charge an Article Processing Charge (APC). Authors are not required to pay any fee for manuscript submission, peer review, or publication of an accepted article. There are therefore currently no publication fees for authors. This policy supports the mission of Researcher Publishers to provide an inclusive publishing platform that values academic collaboration and open access without financial barriers. Researcher Publishers seeks to make high-quality research widely available, particularly for scholars and institutions with limited access to funding. To support the long-term sustainability of the Journal, the APC policy may be revised in the future. Any change to author charges will be published on this page before it takes effect. If an APC is introduced or changed, this page will clearly state the amount, currency, effective date, timing of payment, and any applicable waiver or discount arrangements.  Authors are encouraged to consult this page for the current APC policy before submitting a manuscript.

Article processing charges, or any future waiver or discount arrangements, do not influence editorial screening, peer review, or editorial decisions. Decisions on manuscripts are based on scholarly quality, relevance, originality, research integrity, and compliance with the policies of LTLT.
