Information For Librarians
We encourage research librarians to include the Proceedings of International Academia (Procia) among the electronic journal holdings and resource listings of their library. As an open access proceedings platform, Procia provides unrestricted, free access to all of its published content under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. By making Procia visible and easily accessible through institutional libraries, librarians play a vital role in promoting equitable access to high-quality research on various disciplines.
We also invite librarians to assist in indexing the publications of Procia in institutional repositories, library databases, and discovery services. Doing so helps Procia reach a broader global audience, enhances its visibility and reputation, and ensures that valuable research contributions from authors around the world are more widely discovered and cited.
Procia uses an open-source publishing platform (Open Journal Systems), which libraries can also host to support faculty members who wish to edit or manage academic journals or proceedings within their institutions.
By supporting and promoting Procia, librarians contribute to the advancement of open scholarship and the global dissemination of research in multiple disciplines.
