Open Access
All articles published in the Proceedings of International Academia (Procia) are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication. Procia follows an open access policy to ensure that research findings are accessible to readers worldwide without subscription barriers or paywalls. This approach reflects the commitment of Researcher Publishers to open and equitable dissemination of knowledge for the benefit of the global academic community.
Open Access License
Procia publishes all content under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows users to download, read, and share the work as long as proper credit is given to the original author(s) and source. However, the material may not be altered, transformed, or used for commercial purposes. Under this license, authors retain full copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. This ensures that authors maintain control over their intellectual property while enabling free access and sharing for educational and scholarly purposes.
Article Processing Charges
There is NO article processing charge (APC) for Procia at this stage. The accepted articles are published free of charge. Procia currently accepts submissions exclusively through conference organizers. Direct submissions from individual authors are not accepted. Authors are not required to pay APC to Procia for submission, peer review, or publication of accepted manuscripts. Procia covers the costs of peer review management and the production of articles in PDF and DOI assignment. However, conference organizers may charge participation or publication-related fees independently, and authors are advised to contact their respective conference organizers for information regarding any such charges. This policy supports the mission of Researcher Publishers to provide an inclusive publishing platform that values academic collaboration and open access without financial barriers. Researcher Publishers seeks to make high-quality research widely available, particularly for scholars and institutions with limited access to funding. However, future adjustments to the open access or APC policy may be made to ensure the sustainability of Procia, and any such changes will be clearly announced on the Procia website. Authors and readers will be informed in advance of any changes to ensure continued openness and fairness in publication practices.
