Overview
Proceedings of International Academia (Procia) is an international proceedings publishing platform dedicated to disseminating high quality scholarly work presented at academic conferences across a broad range of disciplines. Published by Researcher Publishers, Procia offers a timely, rigorous, and openly accessible venue for sharing emerging research findings, innovations, and theoretical developments with the global academic community.
Procia works exclusively in collaboration with conference organizers to publish complete volumes of conference proceedings in fields including the social sciences, humanities, education, business, applied sciences, technology, and related areas of academic inquiry. Rather than accepting submissions from individual authors, the platform partners with organizing committees to curate, manage, and disseminate the collective scholarly contributions presented at their conferences. Procia values interdisciplinary dialogue and supports the presentation of research that addresses contemporary challenges, advances disciplinary knowledge, or bridges multiple fields of study.
Procia adopts the Continuous Publishing Model (CPM), shifting the traditional issue-based publishing system to a dynamic article-centric approach. This is to accelerate the dissemination of research reports, ensuring that valuable findings reach our global readership as swiftly as possible. CPM allows articles to be published individually in their final form as soon as they are ready, without waiting for other articles to compile a complete issue. Accepted articles are typically published online within 10-20 days of final acceptance.
To avoid errors and delays caused by producing multiple articles for the same issue simultaneously, each article of Procia will start from page 1. The unique Article Reference Number assigned to the manuscript during submission will serve as the primary identifier within an issue, replacing the traditional function of page numbers. The recommended citation format will incorporate the Article ID, instead of the page numbers. While individual articles are published online as part of a conference proceedings volume, Procia organizes all accepted papers from each conference into one or two dedicated issues. Procia aims to publish up to ten proceedings issues annually to ensure timely dissemination and clear archival organization. The assignment of articles to an issue does not affect their official publication date or citation information.
By providing a professionally managed, open access publishing environment, Procia enhances the visibility, impact, and scholarly recognition of conference outputs. Through its commitment to quality, inclusivity, and collaborative publishing practices, Procia seeks to strengthen international academic exchange and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of knowledge across diverse research domains.
